“A Season of Splendor” Gala & Auction

Tickets are $200 ($180 CAC member) or $1,750 for a table of 10.

The Cultural Arts Council is hosting its annual fundraising gala, themed “A Season of Splendor” on November 21st from 6 – 10 pm at the Douglasville Conference Center. Come enjoy an elegant dinner, a full bar, music for dancing, a charming silent auction, and so much more. The dress code is Black Tie or Themed attire. The event will be themed to Georgian era balls as seen in historical dramas such as Bridgerton.

Auction Donations Needed

The CAC relies on your generosity to help us promote the arts in our community. Please consider donating an item or experience for our Silent Auction taking place during the gala. Your donation is tax-deductible, and we will be happy to help make suggestions or assist in picking up your items if needed. Auction items are a great way to support our mission while also creating a ton of excitement among guests.

Arts Advocacy Awards Nominations

We are seeking nominations for our annual Arts Advocacy Awards. The awards will be presented at the Gala, and it is always a highlight of the evening. The deadline to submit a nomination for your arts hero is Monday, September 4th.

There are 4 awards to be presented:

The Excellence in Arts in Education honor will be awarded to an educator, instructor, or education affiliate (PTA, Board of Education, Performing Arts/Music School) who makes outstanding contributions to the discipline of arts education by consistently inspiring and encouraging artistic growth in their pupils.

The Arts in Community prize is awarded to an individual, corporation, or local organization which demonstrates exemplary dedication to inspiring and encouraging the arts in Douglasville and the Douglas County community.

The recipient of the Culture Connects award is an individual or organization that engages underserved communities through an inclusion and accessibility lens.

Lastly, the CAC Spirit Award is given to an individual whose commitment, effort and generosity advance the mission of the Cultural Arts Council and the arts in Douglas County.

40th Anniversary Sponsor – $5,000 (1 Available)
As the exclusive 40th Anniversary Sponsor, your company will be recognized as a key partner in celebrating four decades of enriching our community through the arts while helping launch the next chapter of the Cultural Arts Council through the new Arts & Culture Campus. You will receive one premium table with seating for 10 guests, VIP service, and two bottles of wine. Your company will receive special recognition during the anniversary presentation and throughout the evening, with prominent logo placement on anniversary-related materials, event signage, and on-screen displays. You will have the opportunity to provide a congratulatory message to be featured during the program and may submit a video message for promotion through CAC social media channels. Additional benefits include logo placement in the electronic invitation, event program, CAC newsletter, on the CAC website for one year, and on the Gala auction website. Platinum Sponsor – $3,500
As a Platinum Sponsor, you will receive one prime (1) table with seating for 10 guests and VIP service, along with two bottles of wine. Your company will be recognized live during the main program and featured prominently on the screen. Additional benefits include logo placement on the electronic invitation, event program, table signage, and CAC newsletter. Your company will also be highlighted with full-event recognition, including logo presence on stage signage and a special sponsor spotlight article in the CAC newsletter. Your logo will be displayed on the CAC website for one year and the Gala auction website. Social media promotion will occur before, during, and after the event, and you’ll have the option to provide a one-minute message to be featured at the event and/or a video message to be shared on social media.

After Party Sponsor – $3000
As the After Party Sponsor, you will receive one (1) prime table with seating for 10 guests and VIP service, along with two bottles of wine. Your company will be recognized live during the After Party segment and featured on-screen during that portion of the evening. Exclusive branding opportunities include signage at the After Party bar, entertainment area, dessert station, and lounge space. You may also provide branded party favors. Your business will be recognized as the Official After Party Sponsor during the closing remarks. Your logo will appear in the event program, on dedicated After Party signage, in the CAC newsletter, on the CAC website for one year, and on the Gala auction website. Social media promotion will focus on your After Party sponsorship before, during, and after the event.

Bar Sponsor – $3000
As the Bar Sponsor, you will receive one prime table for 10 guests with VIP service and two bottles of wine, plus exclusive branding at the event bars. Your business will be highlighted with a signature drink named in your honor (e.g., The ABC Cosmo), featured on bar menus and promoted throughout the evening, with the option to provide branded cocktail napkins or drink stirrers. Recognition includes live mentions during the program, your logo in the event program, on dedicated bar signage, in the CAC newsletter, on the CAC website for one year, on the Gala auction website, and in social media promotion before, during, and after the event.

Gold Sponsor – $2,500
As a Gold Sponsor, you will receive one (1) table with seating for 10 guests and one bottle of wine. Your logo will be included in the electronic invitation, event program, table signage, and CAC newsletter. Dessert Sponsor – $2,000
As the Dessert Sponsor, you will receive four (4) tickets to the Gala. Auction Sponsor – $1,500
As the Auction Sponsor, you will receive two (2) tickets to the Gala. As the Entertainment Presenting Sponsor, you will receive two (2) tickets to the event. Your

Awards Sponsor – $750
As the Awards Sponsor, your company will play a prominent role in celebrating the individuals, organizations, and community leaders who have made a lasting impact through the arts. You will receive recognition during the awards presentation, with your logo displayed on-screen throughout the awards segment and included in the event program. Your company will be acknowledged from the stage as the official Awards Sponsor and may have the opportunity to, assist in presenting awards to recipients. Entertainment Gold Sponsor – $500
