Douglasville, GA – The Cultural Arts Council of Douglasville/Douglas County (CAC) was awarded a Vibrant Communities Grant from Georgia Council for the Arts, the Georgia Department of Economic Development team specialized in empowering arts and culture, for fiscal year 2026.
