The CAC’s Summer Pop-Up Parties celebrated its final night last week! Thanks to all of the vendors, food trucks, artists, and performers who came out to celebrate the summer with us!
Night 1
On July 13th, the theme is “Cool Off with the CAC” Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks provided by Cousins Maine Lobster and Frio’s Gourmet Pops, perfect for beating the summer heat in Georgia. For those interested in shopping, The Finesse of Fabic, Fannie Kay Freshies, Jayde’s Beadiful Beads, and the Rrtsy One will be selling their handcrafted art and products. Fantasias by Ani will be providing face painting to delight guests as well. After enjoying live music, a snack, and the artist market, guests can explore the Tiny Fundraiser community exhibit and view the Fine Arts exhibit, “Reflective Flowers,” which showcases vibrant floral artwork. Each Summer Pop-Up Party offers a chance to discover local artists, and businesses, and browse the exhibit.
Night 2
It’s a party in your backyard! On July 20th visitors will enjoy refreshing snacks provided by Frios Gourmet Pops, Local BBQ by DemGirlz Ribtips LLC, and savory lobster by Cousin’s Maine Lobster. Find lovingly crafted handmade products at the artist market featuring: the Finesse of Fabric, Jayde’s Beadiful Beads, the Rrtsy One, NATURAL4me4u, Silver Butterflies LLC, and Mabel’s Baubles. Fantasias by Ani will be providing face painting to delight guests as well. After enjoying live music by EB2, a snack, and the artist market, guests can explore the NEW Tiny Fundraiser community exhibit and view the Fine Arts exhibit, “Reflective Flowers,” which showcases vibrant floral artwork. Each Summer Pop-Up Party offers a chance to discover local artists, and businesses, and browse the exhibit.
Night 3
Get ready to feast on some tasty treats on August 10th. Frios Gourmet Pops, Jenny’s Italian Ice, & Funnel Cakes, DellaRose Cinnamon Rolls, The Taco Shack, and The HUD Truck will be in attendance to satisfy your savory AND sweet cravings! Be sure to also check out the talented local vendors: Bedelia’s Bees, Fannie Kaye Freshies, Jayde’s Beadiful Beads, and Mabel’s Bauble’s. Fantasias by Ani will be face painting! After enjoying live music performed by the West Georgia Ukulele Ensemble, snacks, and the artist market, guests can explore the NEW Tiny Fundraiser community exhibit and view the newest Fine Arts exhibit, “Barns & Brush” which showcases scenes of rural and country splendor. Each Summer Pop-Up Party offers the chance to discover local artists, and businesses, and browse the exhibit.
Night 4
It’s game night at the CAC! Fuel the fun with a free paint party hosted by Patrice Gates. There is plenty of fun to be had with party games: Songnario, and the City of Douglasville’s Rec & Roll provide yard games for guests to play! Featured Vendors: Gypsy Rose Colorful Creations, Jayde’s Beadiful Beads, Fannie Kay Freshies, FlareNova LLC, Meems Bakery, and Mable’s Baubles will also be joining the fun! Keep the party going at Kona Ice, DemGirlz Ribtips LLC, or Frios Gourmet Pops to grab a quick dinner or snack. Fantasias by Ani will be providing face painting to delight guests as well. After enjoying live music performed by “Mona Bonaparte”, a snack, and the artist market, guests can explore the NEW Tiny Fundraiser community exhibit and view the Fine Arts exhibit, “Barns & Brush,” which showcases picturesque views of the countryside. Each Summer Pop-Up Party offers a chance to discover local artists, and businesses, and browse the exhibit.
