The Cultural Arts Council Douglasville/Douglas County (CAC) presents its annual Gala and Auction themed The MET: Casino Royale on Saturday, November 16th at the Douglasville Conference Center starting at 6 p.m. Tickets are still available online at the CAC’s website. Executive Director Emily Lightner states “You’re invited to a night of entertainment and fine dining! This year’s annual Gala & Auction will include a very special announcement unveiling an exciting new phase for the CAC.”
Tickets for The MET: Casino Royale Gala are available at $170 each while CAC members enjoy a discounted rate of $155. Additionally, tables for groups of 10 for businesses, clubs and organizations can be reserved for $1,500. Guests of the night will also be treated to an open bar for the first 2 hours during the event. The proceeds generated from ticket sales and the silent auction play a vital role in funding the CAC’s programming efforts. The CAC achieves this through an array of art classes, educational experiences within local schools, community events, and exhibits.
