Support the Arts 4K TV Raffle

Douglasville, Georgia – The Cultural Arts Council of Douglasville/ Douglas County (CAC) is looking to the future. As many are practicing social distancing, including the CAC, we are still looking to the future and life after COVID-19. Times are tough and scary right now, but hope is on the horizon. As a non-profit that depends on fundraising, the CAC is looking to raffle off a 50” 4K Smart TV to help with the general budget over the next few weeks and months. Raffle tickets will be $5.00 a piece and you can buy as many as you would like. You can purchase the raffle ticket online at artsdouglas.org.  Just click on the donate button and put in how many tickets you would like to purchase.

The raffle drawing will be held on June 9th at our Annual Meeting held at the CAC.  It is our hope that as the virus passes, the CAC will be up and running with some great events coming soon.  As always, with the support of our members through membership and fundraising, art will continue to be on the forefront of this community.  Our Public Art Initiative is continuing to grow as you will start to see new fire hydrants being painted in and around the City of Douglasville. We have also created a Facebook event page called “Create Outside the Lines”, which gives daily creative ideas for you and your family during this time of social distance. Check out our Facebook page as well as our website artsdouglas.org for up-to-date information on our classes and upcoming events. There’s a lot to experience at the CAC!
